Privacy policy
This policy explains what MarTech LA collects when you use go.martechla.com, answer our questions or book a strategy call, how we use it, and the choices you have. It works alongside the privacy policy for martechla.com.
What we collect
MarTech LA is a marketing and AI implementation company in Los Angeles, California. We help home service companies that run on ServiceTitan.
When you ask for more info, we ask which trades you run, how many technicians you have, what you spend on ads each month and which field service software you use. Then we ask for your name, email address and phone number so we can confirm your call. You choose what to type into the form. The contact form and the booking calendar are provided by GoHighLevel.
We also record how you reached this site, such as the ad or campaign that sent you here, and standard analytics, such as the pages you view, the device and browser you use and your approximate location. If you reply to a text message or email from us, we keep that conversation.
We do not ask for payment card details, bank details or government ID numbers on this site.
How we use it
- To book your strategy call and send confirmations and reminders.
- To prepare for the call and follow up about your booking.
- To measure which ads and campaigns lead to completed requests and booked calls.
- To understand how people use the site, so we can fix what is confusing.
- To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Advertising measurement (Meta)
This site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. They tell Meta when someone views a page, starts or finishes our questions, or books a call, so we can see which ads work and show our ads to people more likely to find them useful.
When you finish our questions or book a call, we send Meta your email address and phone number in hashed form, which means they are scrambled before they leave our systems, along with your answers. We do not send Meta your raw email address or phone number. Meta may also read its own cookies in your browser.
You can manage how Meta uses this information in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser.
SMS and text messaging
If you give us your mobile number, you may receive text messages from MarTech LA about your booking and related follow up.
Consent: we send text messages only if you agree. The form has a box you check yourself. It is not checked for you. By checking it, you consent to receive text messages from MarTech LA at the mobile number you provided. Agreeing to texts is optional, and you can still book a call without it.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
To stop messages at any time, reply STOP. We will send one message to confirm. For help, reply HELP or email info@martechla.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text message services, who deliver your messages for us.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We use cookies and similar tools to remember basic settings, to keep your answers and campaign details together until you book, and to measure how the site and our ads are used.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works if you do, though some features may behave differently.
Who handles your data
We use outside service providers to run the site, the questions and the booking process. They handle your information for us and only for that job.
- Booking and messaging platform: GoHighLevel stores your contact details, answers and booking, and helps us send confirmations, reminders and text messages.
- Advertising measurement: Meta, as described above.
- Text message delivery: carriers and messaging providers that carry texts to your phone.
- Website hosting: the services that serve the site.
- Email: the service we use to send and receive email.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent. That information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
Data retention
We keep your details, answers and messages for as long as we need them to follow up on your request and to keep ordinary business records. When we no longer need them, we delete them or remove what identifies you.
If you opt out of texts, we keep a record of that choice so we can honor it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from texts by replying STOP. Unsubscribe from email using the link in any message, or by asking us.
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information.
Email info@martechla.com with your request. If you live in California, these rights are also part of California privacy law, and we will not treat you differently for using them. We may need to confirm it is really you before we act.
Children
This site is for business owners and their teams. It is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
